RETURN, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
a) Owing to the ingestible nature of health, nutritional, and ayurvedic supplements, the Company enforces a
zero-return policy, except in rare events where the product delivered is physically smashed, leaking, structurally
defective, or completely incorrect. Any such dispute must be logged via email at help@vedvriksherbal.com within
forty-eight (48) hours of recorded delivery, supported by high-definition unboxing videos and photographic proofs.
b) Orders may be cancelled by the User only prior to the order being packaged or handed over to our logistical
courier network. Once an order is formally dispatched, cancellation mechanisms become entirely void and un-
actionable.
c) Refund Distribution: Following the validation of an authorized return or valid cancellation, refunds will be
approved and returned directly to the source payment method. The refund processing matrix generally executes
within five (5) to seven (7) business days, depending directly on standard banking clearing timelines and
transactional gateway infrastructure rules.
