VedVriksha aims to provide quality herbal, Ayurvedic and wellness products to its customers.
1. Return Period
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions of this policy.
Customers must contact VedVriksha within the applicable 7-day period to report an eligible issue.
2. Eligible Returns
A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:
- The wrong product was delivered;
- The product was received damaged;
- The product has a manufacturing defect; or
- The product received is materially different from the product ordered.
Eligibility will be subject to verification.
3. Reporting a Problem
Customers should contact VedVriksha within 7 days of delivery.
The customer may be required to provide:
- Order ID;
- Product details;
- Photographs of the product;
- Photographs of the outer packaging;
- Unboxing video, where applicable; and
- A description of the issue.
4. Product Condition
Returned products should generally be:
- Unused;
- In the original packaging;
- In suitable condition for return; and
- Accompanied by relevant accessories or documentation, where applicable.
Products that have been used, opened, consumed or damaged due to customer misuse may not qualify for return or replacement, except where required under applicable law.
5. Replacement
Where a replacement is approved, VedVriksha may provide a replacement product subject to availability.
If the same product is unavailable, VedVriksha may provide another appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and policy.
6. Return Shipping
Where a return is approved due to a verified defective, damaged or incorrect product, VedVriksha may provide return shipping instructions.
7. Verification
All return and replacement requests are subject to verification.
VedVriksha reserves the right to reject fraudulent, misleading or unsupported claims.
